• The customer must own a CS2 account with Premier enabled
• Steam Mobile Authenticator (2FA) must be activated on the account
• The customer must provide the necessary account access required to complete the service
• Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on matchmaking, account condition, queue times, or unexpected issues
• The customer must not interfere with the boosting process once it has started
• Any cooldowns, bans, or restrictions already present on the account before the service are the customer's responsibility
• Refunds are only available if the requested rank is not reached within the estimated delivery time after full account access has been provided
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer at our discretion
• By using this service, the customer understands that boosting may violate the Terms of Service of the game publisher
