Refunds are only available if the requested Premier Rating is not reached within the estimated delivery time provided for the selected boost plan.
The delivery time countdown begins once the customer has fully provided account access to the booster and all requirements have been completed.
No refunds will be issued for:
• Delays caused by incorrect account information
• Steam Guard / 2FA access issues
• Matchmaking cooldowns or bans on the account
• Customer interference during the boosting process
• Changes requested after the boost has started
By purchasing the service, the customer agrees to these terms.
